International Department of Sinorock Achieves an Order Form of a Russian Customer

This week, Katherine, a member of international department of Sinorock, gets a great reward from our company, because she wins a big order form from a russian customer.
One year ago, the Russian customer found us from the Internet. And he had a basic knowledge about our rock bolts. He sought out many companies and made a detail comparison between them, because he had not bought products from China. During a long period, Katherine always kept touch with the customer and solved his questions patiently.
“This customer has not seen our factory. And he even has not seen our sample. He trusts us so much. We should serve customer with the most sincerely attitude.”Katherine added.
